Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Risk Leader. This is a critical role that requires the ability to manage and mitigate risk across various asset classes.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies and frameworks to ensure effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of market risks.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on risk-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate and timely reporting of market risk metrics against risk appetite limit structures.

You Will Be Successful If You:

  • Have 5+ years' experience in risk management or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Possess a solid understanding of risk management methodologies, tools, systems, and policies, including market risk asset classes and products.
  • Can work autonomously, proactively, and be self-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
