Financial Insights Professional

We are seeking a skilled financial insights professional to join our team. As a key member of the finance function, you will play a vital role in delivering high-impact financial analysis and insights to inform decision-making across the organisation.

The successful candidate will automate and manage a suite of reports to support different business requirements, drive financial sustainability across new diverse revenue streams, improve commercial outcomes, and support long-term strategic planning.

  • Support the design, creation, and preparation of a suite of reports to support different business requirements.
  • Review current reporting processes and provide recommendations for automation and improvements of any current reporting.
  • Provide analytics, insights, and recommendations to optimise business decisions.
  • Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights.
  • Assist the finance business partners with the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting for respective areas.
  • Work closely with executive leaders and department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
  • Prepare monthly reporting to senior management through preparation of insightful reporting and visuals such as Power BI dashboards.
About You
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • University degree, or other relevant qualification, in a field such as business, commerce, or economics.
  • Strong excel modelling skills.
  • Advance skills in financial modelling, business intelligence tools (eg. Power BI) and preferably experience with Microsoft F&O.
  • Naturally curious, and data-driven in your approach to solving issues.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with team members at all levels.
