Job Overview

Job Description

As an Air Freight Import Manager, you will oversee the daily operational activities within the air freight import team. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing daily operations, supporting and contributing to country targets and KPIs, managing customer relationships, and ensuring resolution of operational issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in freight forwarding/logistics with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong communication, analytical, and commercial negotiation skills
  • Proven experience managing operations with P&L responsibility
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent leadership, team development, and stakeholder management skills
