Job Title: Air Import Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee air import operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively with airlines and freight forwarders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless air import operations by maintaining strong relationships with overseas offices and agents. They will also need to assess and maintain customer satisfaction levels in freight forwarding operations.
