Project Management Lead Electrical Infrastructure

Sunwater leads bulk water projects in Queensland to achieve its purpose - Water for Prosperity.

We seek an accomplished Project Director for the Paradise Dam project based in our Brisbane office.

As Project Manager, you will oversee large dam infrastructure managing a significant project delivering benefits to communities in Bundaberg.

Key requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering complex civil engineering projects in demanding environments.
  • Foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and engage constructively with external stakeholders.
  • Experience building high-performance teams to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Commercially astute guided by ethical principles proactive in seeking process improvements.

Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Engineering technical expertise relevant to planning construction delivery of bulk water or pipeline infrastructure projects.

At least 20 years experience managing complex civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion including 10 years leading teams responsible for planning resource management risk capability development.

Registration as a Certified Practising Project Manager evidence of progress toward this credential is highly regarded.

Extensive experience overseeing commercial aspects such as cost forecasting reporting contract administration on projects exceeding $2 billion in value.
