Expert Financial Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Systems and Analytics Specialist to join our high-performing team.
The successful candidate will support forecasting and reporting processes across P&L, Balance Sheet, headcount, AUM, and indices.
- Manage monthly data loads and administer TM1, including user security, cube performance monitoring, and updates to cube structures.
- Liaise with Technology teams and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain and enhance Finance reporting infrastructure using Power BI, PowerQuery, and related tools.
- Ensure accurate data flows from TM1, SQL, and other sources, and manage automation processes such as Chains and SQL queries.
- Develop analytics tools, dashboards, and visualisations for Finance teams and Executives.
- Lead reporting change projects, including year-end updates and adjustments to reporting structures.
- Deliver insights and solutions to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive automation of day-to-day Finance processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Mathematics (or equivalent professional experience).
Key qualifications include 5+ years' experience in the Financial Services industry, strong understanding of Finance and operational systems, and hands-on experience administering TM1.
- Strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL Collaborative, with strong communication skills and ability to partner across Finance and Technology.
