Investor Relations Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst, Investor Relations to join our team. As a key member of the Investor Relations function, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining effective two-way communications between us and the investment community.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, sell side, buy side, and/or investment banking. A strong understanding of financial statements and valuation modeling is also essential.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Develop and implement key aspects of our global investor relations program.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish standards and processes for IR procedures.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to the Investor Relations team.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with an inclination to establish processes to bring standardization and efficiency.
  • Collaborator who works across all levels and functions of the company and with external stakeholders.
  • Multi-tasker who can prioritize and manage across multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare industry.
  • Experience with third-party financial analysis and/or IR CRM tools.
