The JobYou will manage our clients' employment relations and workplace issues. This includes communicating with clients, reviewing and drafting contracts and policies, case managing employment disputes and providing advice on workplace matters.
Main Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and contribute to their success
- Provide advice and consultation on workplace relations matters, including HR business partners
- Review and draft contracts and policies
- Case manage employment disputes, such as restructuring, redundancies, disciplinary processes and terminations
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role providing advice and consultation on workplace relations matters
- Knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Award framework
- A pragmatic and commercial approach to providing advice (written and verbal)
- Formal qualifications in Law or HR are desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
- Self-motivation with a desire to be an excellent practitioner
