Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior coach at a high-performance level.
  • Strong technical, tactical, and strategic knowledge of football.
  • Demonstrated leadership, people management, and mentoring skills.
  • Experience in player recruitment, talent development, and pathways management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to foster a high-performance culture aligned to club values.
