The position of Senior Coach and Football Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our football program. The incumbent will be responsible for leading our high-performance team, ensuring football excellence across all levels.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as we strive to advance from grassroots levels to the NRL. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a senior coach at Hostplus Cup level
- Strong technical, tactical, and strategic rugby league knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
- Experience in player recruitment, talent development, and pathways management
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing football strategies to drive success
- Talent identification and player development to enhance performance
- Elite pathways programs to foster growth and improvement
- Coaching and team management to optimize results
- Performance analysis to inform decision-making
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
- Culture and team building to promote a positive and productive environment
