Psychological Services Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Clinical Psychologist, providing high-quality mental health services to diverse client populations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment, intervention, and evaluation skills, with experience in child and adult mental health. Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with complex mental health needs.
- Provide supervision and training to junior psychologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve clinical management policy and procedures.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology.
- At least five years of postgraduate experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in evidence-based practice and psychological interventions.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
