About The Role:

About You:
  • Experience in residential aged care leadership – clinical or operational

  • Comfortable leading through change with a proactive and empathetic mindset
Position Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing
  • Unrestricted Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in Aged Care, managing a diverse team of clinical and care staff & the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
  • Reasonable experience in quality processes, accreditation and evidence-based practices, identifying areas for improvement
  • Experience managing business operations, budgets and finances
  • Must hold a valid Queensland Driver's Licence
  • Must maintain a valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or Police check as per site requirements
