Chandler Macleod's client is seeking a skilled Plans and Lessons Officer to join their team on a 12-month contract. As part of this role, you will operate in a high tempo environment, engaging with the Department's stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking and analysis skills, as well as highly developed verbal and written communication skills. They will be able to resolve problems using expertise and think innovatively to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

This position involves providing accurate advice on Taskforce Lessons activities, developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and contributing to meetings within and external to the Taskforce.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for coordinating productivity and wellbeing survey activities, including procurement, and supporting other high-priority Taskforce-wide activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience in lessons and/or evaluation activities.

Additionally, the successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain Baseline Clearance.
