**Your new role**

As the Lessons Officer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Work within a high pressure and sensitive environment requiring continuous engagement
- Collection, data entry and analysis of continuous improvement observations
- Assist with the inclusion of observations in reports and presentations for visibility, approval and implementation of improvement actions
- Contribute to meetings within, or external, to the team to assist with the implementation of the lessons framework and development of the new framework.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful within this role, you will have exception critical thinking and analysis skills, as well as highly developed verbal and written communication skills. Further, you will have the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and resolve problems using expertise, taking initiative to identify alternative courses of action.

Experience in lessons and/or evaluation activities is desirable.
