Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Life Enrichment Officer to plan, conduct, and evaluate diverse programs catering to the individual needs of our consumers in accordance with Aged Care Standards and policies. Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with the Lifestyle & Wellbeing Team Leader/Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator and Lifestyle Wellbeing and Diversity Manager to assess and evaluate resident needs and program goals
• Providing varied lifestyle and wellbeing programs that promote physical, mental, social, spiritual, creative, and psychological wellbeing among consumers
• Offering opportunities for consumers to participate in activities enhancing personal fulfilment and decision-making skills
• Being an effective member of the care team

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
• Proven ability to deliver person-centred care respecting the dignity and worth of each individual
• Ability to work effectively as an individual and part of a team
• National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of reported outcomes)
