Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure and Security Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering managed services and technical support across complex technology environments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support critical network and security toolsets and platforms.
  • Provide triage, incident management, and access control within an ITIL-based environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service delivery outcomes.

Requirements
  • Experience in systems/network administration (Linux, AD, DNS, DHCP).
  • Networking knowledge with CCNA certification or above.
  • Familiarity with security operations and tools (e.g. Splunk, SIEM, vulnerability management).
  • A strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Australian Citizenship with Baseline or NV1 security clearance.
