About the Role:

The APS 4 Deployment Administrator will work within defined parameters relating to their area of responsibility. The position will be required to provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge and may undertake some research and analysis activities.

The APS4 Deployment Administrator will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice to resolve moderately complex enquiries.

Duties:
  • Administer the deployment of frontline learning programs using the client's Learning Management System.
  • Schedule and administer deployment schedules for all facilitated modules.
  • Process course registrations, enrolments, cancellations, course logistics, accommodation and travel arrangements, maintaining learning processes and procedure documentation.
  • Collate capability and learning information from a range of sources into a central repository.
  • Prepare general correspondence and reports for frontline learning programs and related administrative responsibilities.
  • Assist with a range of operations and personnel support functions for the wider frontline learning team.
