City Build Plumbing and Gas Services Supervisor

Job Description:
">This role offers the opportunity to develop and deliver planned and reactive plumbing and gas works, ensuring the City's buildings are well maintained. The successful candidate will manage in-house and contracted tradespersons and other building services effectively.

- Supervise a team of plumbers and gas fitters, providing guidance and support">
- Maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers, negotiating prices and terms">
- Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, complying with relevant legislation">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and gas works, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills. A valid Plumbing Contractor's Licence is essential, along with a Construction Safety Induction Card and current motor vehicle licence.
