About You :

  • Tertiary education in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent experience

Position Summary :

As a Service Technician, your main duties will be providing first-tier support to clients, troubleshooting and maintenance, and contributing to various customer projects.

  • Responding to client update requests in a timely manner
  • Maintaining adequate level of technical proficiency in core technologies
