We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in supporting the delivery of projects and initiatives that drive positive change in communities across Australia.

About the role

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating activities, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring projects run smoothly and on time. They will work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide project support including planning, reporting, and coordination of tasks
  • Monitor project progress and prepare accurate documentation
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to share information and support outcomes
  • Contribute to policy, process, or program development as required
  • Support team operations with administration and record-keeping
Requirements
  • Previous experience in project, program, or policy support
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
