Project Officer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing projects and contributing to the development of policies that positively impact our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support organisational objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups and government agencies.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in human services, social services, public policy or a related discipline.
  • Minimum three years' experience working in a relevant policy environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong networks and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • High-level written and oral communication skills, with experience in producing high-quality written materials.
  • Ability to provide high-quality, timely, evidence-based policy advice.
