Senior Visual Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished senior graphic designer to lead our visual identity.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years' experience defining and implementing brand guidelines, ensuring that all brand and image assets accurately reflect the company's essence.

  • Create or refresh, communicate, and implement style guides for all brands
  • Design or oversee design of all printed and online marketing collateral, following briefs supplied by the marketing team
  • Provide graphic design services to other departments
  • Supply templates, including stationery
  • Oversee production of printed material
  • Evaluate briefing and approval processes
  • Maintain a central library of artwork, logos, and photos
  • Manage Junior Designer and trafficking of work
  • Liaise with external agencies as required

The successful candidate will have strong multi-tasking, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, vision, and the ability to think strategically.

This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, turn work around quickly, and make informed decisions about visual branding.
