About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Strategist to oversee high-performing, global campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative, data-driven creative solutions across multiple formats.
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-achieving team of creatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional results.
  • Own the end-to-end creative process, from conceptualization to asset review.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Media Buying, Brand, and Product teams to inform creative direction.
  • Analyze data and insights to optimize creative outcomes.
About You

You'll be an excellent fit if you possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior creative role at an agency or in-house.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to think conceptually, direct art, and understand performance marketing principles.
  • Detailed knowledge of platform-specific best practices, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Display.
  • Proven hands-on experience creating engaging content, such as reels and TikToks.
