Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role: As a key member of our Regulatory Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation, accreditation standards and other prescribed requirements. This includes drafting detailed registration and compliance reports, initiating corrective or enforcement action where necessary, and building effective working relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft detailed registration and compliance reports that are clear, concise and include sound reasons for judgements and recommendations.
  • Monitor services for compliance with legislation, accreditation standards and other prescribed requirements.
  • Initiate corrective or enforcement action where necessary.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with service providers, immediate teams and work groups.
  • Contribute to and regularly prepare fit for purpose reports on activities, evaluations, recommendations and decisions relevant to the operation of Regulatory Services.
  • Assist with the preparation of Ministerial, Executive and other forms of business correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day to day operations.
