About Your Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care and support to residents
  • Assisting with medication administration and wound care
  • Participating in customer reviews and contributing to the development of individualised care plans
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Aged Care
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 doses)
