Job Title: Community Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience, preferably in a community setting.
  • Experience in clinical assessments, medication management, and wound care.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently, with strong communication skills.
