Key Role

A highly-motivated and organised individual is required to excel in a fast-paced environment focused on re-defining what an entertainment business looks like for the 21st century.

The ideal candidate will work closely with top creators to execute branded influencer campaigns, possessing exceptional communication skills, organisational abilities, and multitasking expertise.

The role involves managing influencer/creator campaigns, including campaign reporting, budget tracking, and client updates. The successful candidate will be involved in creative brainstorming, develop creative concepts, and manage client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Speed and ability to communicate quickly in order to close deals.
  • Passion for social media, especially TikTok content creators.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated, with high autonomy.
  • Ambitious with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to balance budgets and maintain financial discipline.
  • Extensive understanding of new social media platforms from a business perspective.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate ideas.
