Candidates should have some work or intern experience working directly with talent and influencers through an agency, brand or other type of media company.
Candidates need to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills and understand the communication needs of individual clients.
Candidates must be comfortable being the point of contact for talent and clients.
On top of that, the ideal candidate must have extraordinary organisational skills, multitasking skills and remain detail-oriented at all times.
Responsibilities Assist Talent Managers with day-to-day coordination across talent campaigns, events, and brand partnerships Work closely with creators to execute campaigns, scheduling deadlines, content and reporting Manage and execute gifting logistics, including compiling send-out lists, liaising with brands Support talent at events and photoshoots (be great at capturing BTS content) Help develop and grow the talent division by scouting new talent, clients and opportunities Provide constant attention and support to the talent and their development Stay informed on latest trends revolving around You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitch and other new media platforms Identify inbound opportunities across multiple clients Assist with client-facing duties, including business procurement, as well as fostering ongoing business relationships and negotiating service agreements Work closely with Amplify's production and partnership teams to create and build talent-led opportunities Qualifications Expert knowledge of You Tube, Instagram and Tik Tok from a business and consumer perspective Experience with direct management of clients, brands or influencers Talent management or influencer marketing experience/work experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience Extensive understanding of new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective Incredible communication skills, both oral and written Superb teamwork and team management skills Extreme discretion; ability to handle confidential information Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with Slack, Notion and Google Drive is a bonus Ability to travel Reside in Sydney Have a valid Australian Drivers license What You'll Gain Exposure to top-tier talent and exciting brand campaigns.
