Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the trusted point of contact for clients, handling their calls, emails, and queries with professionalism and care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless implementation and coordination with fund managers and product providers.
  • Maintain accurate client records and investment data in Xplan.
  • Coordinate client meetings and manage diaries to maintain efficiency.
  • Prepare applications and liaise with product providers and fund managers.
  • Deliver exceptional client service from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in financial planning with comprehensive knowledge of industry practices, products, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in XPLAN.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Someone who thrives in a team environment and possesses natural people skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and nurturing client relationships.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
  • RG146 or a relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience.
