MESH & BAR PTY LTD is an innovative and independent steel reinforcing company.

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our finance team in a maternity leave replacement role for 12 months.

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports for head office, senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, cost drivers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards, company policies and financial regulations.
  • Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with other internal accountants.
  • Perform and develop detailed budgets and forecasts aligned with organizational goals to assist senior management in financial decision-making.
  • Identify and implement improvements in financial systems, processes and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with auditors and prepare required documentation for both audits and tax filings.
