Job Description
The Strength & Conditioning Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and delivering all aspects of physical preparation for the NT Talent Academy programs. This includes providing an elite training environment for talented players to reach their full potential.
The role will involve designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs that expose athletes to an age-appropriate, progressive, and challenging strength training stimulus to promote long-term athlete development.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for applying feedback from High-Performance Lead regarding internal (Smartabase) and external (GPS) load monitoring, to assist in optimal preparation of athletes.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Exercise Science or equivalent, ASCA Level 1 (Level 2 preferred), and current Working with Children Check (ochre card). Experience using Catapult GPS software and technology is also desirable.

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
