Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide resources, language support, and role modelling to ensure the learning needs of young people are met, driving positive outcomes and personal growth.
  • Liaise effectively with centre staff to ensure smooth program delivery, maintaining open communication channels and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and correspondence as required, utilizing excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Oversee stock movement and inventory management, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal waste.
  • Maintain safety and security protocols in accordance with centre policies and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of clients and staff alike.
  • Record and track program attendance and participation, using data-driven insights to inform future program development.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional programs and services to clients.
