Lead Programs Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Lead Programs Coordinator.

In this role, you will work closely with the Coordinator to support daily operations, lead engaging programs, and help shape our inclusive environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a current Children Check (Blue Card), and a First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Coordinator in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs for children
  • To develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • To provide support and guidance to staff members
  • To contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
