Job Description:

As a People Focused HR Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving performance management processes, coaching and mentoring managers to build high-performing teams.

  • Provide expert guidance across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and talent engagement to performance management and employee relations.
  • Partner with leaders to drive performance management processes, building leadership capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead investigations, address complaints, and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and lead innovative wellbeing and engagement initiatives that support our workforce strategy and create a positive work environment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a passionate HR professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate challenges, and achieve results. You'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to guide, mentor, and influence managers, particularly in performance management and building leadership capability.
  • A passion for making a positive difference in the culture of an organization that directly impacts the lives of people with disabilities.
