Our client is an advocate for eliminating stigma's around health concerns through research, education, solutions and professional development.

They are seeking their new HR Manager for this newly created role
- Develop, strategise and implement a new people and culture workplace strategy.
- Coordinate and run the end-to-end recruitment for internal roles.
- Partner with business units to implement retention and satisfaction strategies.
- Discuss and create positive team cultural initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders on upskilling, performance, and training programs.
- Ensure physically and psychological safety is promoted in the workplace.

- End-to-end recruitment.
- On-boarding/off-boarding.
- HR Policy review and potential implementation.
- Remuneration and benefits analysis for internal staff.
- Performance management + Team coaching.
- Employee relations work.
