Regional Business Development Partnership

The Regional Business Development Partner plays a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and growth across various portfolios. This position is instrumental in delivering sustainable, financially viable supports that empower individuals to live the life they choose.
- Develop and maintain a customer pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate records from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Build and manage strong relationships with customers, families, carers, service providers, and community members.
- Represent the organisation at networks and promotional events, sharing insights and best practices.
- Identify regional opportunities and communicate them effectively through clear reporting.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business or customer service management.
- Proven background in customer-facing roles within values-driven organisations.
- Experience in cultural change and workforce capability building.
- Strong community engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and confident in decision-making.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently.
- High computer literacy and comfort with technology.
