Regional Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly within the automotive industry.
- Bulk product training to ensure a profound understanding of our brand
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage bids - handle price negotiations, competitive analysis, RFQs and RFPs
- Predict and analyze sales data for senior manager review
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports as required by senior management

We're seeking someone who can represent our brand at trade shows and events, build relationships with customers, and discover new opportunities to grow our market presence.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results-driven goals.
Will be based out of Western Sydney, managing the whole region of Victoria, South Australia & Tasmania.
Travel involved, approximately 1-2 weeks per month, including weekends, but with compensatory time given outside working hours.
