We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our Asset Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse equipment performance and data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and implement defect elimination strategies
  • Develop and optimise asset maintenance plans, including condition monitoring and life cycle management
  • Support the planning and execution of maintenance shutdowns and component replacements
  • Provide engineering support to maintenance teams, including repair scope development and review
  • Collaborate with operations and OEMs to implement sustainable maintenance solutions
  • Champion reliability best practice and build capability across the business
Requirements:
  • A mechanical or electrical trade qualification or equivalent experience
  • A tertiary qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering is highly regarded
  • Proven experience with heavy mobile equipment maintenance in an open cut mining environment
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business
