We're seeking an experienced reliability engineer to lead our refinery operations and provide technical support.

This key leadership role involves providing strategic guidance, expert engineering advice, and collaborating with the Asset Management team to uphold Reliability Excellence programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, experience in maintenance, reliability, or plant engineering, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for significant downtime events.

  • Providing expert engineering advice to support operations and maintenance activities.

  • Collaborating with the central Asset Management team to uphold Reliability Excellence programs and standards.

  • Enhancing equipment management strategies using a range of reliability engineering approaches.

  • Identifying long-term improvement opportunities and contributing to capital project planning.

Our alumina refinery is one of the world's most environmentally and technologically advanced, producing approximately 2.9 million metric tons of alumina each year.
