The Opportunity

We are seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Morley practice. This role will see you working collaboratively within the practice, providing high-quality customer service to patients and supporting healthcare professionals. Your key responsibilities will include managing a busy front desk reception, greeting patients, collecting and entering patient details, scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and enquiries, and providing administration support.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional and personable telephone manner.
  • Detail-orientated.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
  • Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
  • Neat and professional presentation.
