Prouds Jewellers is seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team at Morley Galleria. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs
  • Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales skills
  • Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
