Prouds Jewellers is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team at Morley Galleria. As a Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to grow your retail career, develop your sales skills, and become a part of our 120+ year legacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create personalized experiences for customers
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and product knowledge
- Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
- Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
