Senior Visual Effects Supervisor

The role of DFX Supervisor encompasses overseeing a team of department supervisors responsible for delivering CG assets, shot pipelines, and resulting CG elements.
Leading creatively involves ensuring the creative direction and milestones are met. Key responsibilities include:
Creative Responsibilities:
- Delivering creative realisation to the VFX Supervisor.
- Interpreting creative vision and providing clear briefs to Department Supervisors and Artists.
- Presenting work to the VFX Supervisor.
- Providing feedback to Artists.
- Ensuring timely delivery of shows to standards.
Talent Development Responsibilities:
- Offering detailed feedback as required.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a team leader with strong motivation and initiative qualities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Technically and creatively astute.
- Highly organised individual.
Successful candidates will have 8 years' experience in VFX post-production, previous experience as a CG or Comp Supervisor or Sequence Supervisor on high-end films, an excellent creative eye, and ability to sell creative solutions and ideas.
