About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to transform how we use data, insights, and engagement to inform decisions and enhance the experiences provided through Council services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and advice on community engagement and service evaluation practices.
  • Develop comprehensive engagement and evaluation guidelines and toolkits to support consistent practices across the organisation.
  • Conduct customer and service impact assessments, providing insights to drive business process improvements.

The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and significant experience in community engagement, service design and evaluation, social sciences or public policy development.

$106,626 - $119,182 per annum + 11.5% Super + ADO

About You
  • Demonstrated empathetic communication, interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills appropriate to working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and members of the public.
  • IAP2 Certificate of Engagement, and preferably the IAP2 Advanced Certificate in Engagement.
