Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Possess a genuine desire to deliver holistic care that enhances the quality of life for older Australians.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent qualification) and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills, particularly in relation to the AN-ACC funding system attributes.
  • Previous experience in nursing services, aged care, hospitals, or community care settings is highly regarded.
  • Highlight your expertise in accurate reporting and documentation management.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential and ability to effectively supervise and delegate tasks to PCA/AINs.
