Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of each project, from tender and planning to completion. You will ensure contract terms are fully executed, monitor project progress against the contract program, and identify critical decisions and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of each project, from tender and planning to completion.
  • Ensure contract terms are fully executed and monitor project progress against the contract program.
  • Identify critical decisions and project milestones and provide timely direction to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and ongoing management of the project program.
  • Monitor and control the project budget, including cost reporting, forecasting, and invoicing.
  • Manage the procurement of trades and suppliers throughout the project, utilizing procurement schedules when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders, including the site team, client, architect, subconsultant, contractors, and the community.
  • Update and maintain effective records in the project management system - IPM.
  • Provide assistance to the Site Foreman and on-site teams as required.
  • Facilitate continuous project risk assessment.
  • Provide project reporting as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in residential construction, with project management and/or an architectural background.
  • Construction Management Qualification / Bachelor or Masters of Architecture.
  • Experience using project management software and Excel.
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • White card.
