Position Overview

As a member of our Front Office team, you will play a crucial role in creating positive first impressions for our guests. The primary responsibilities of the Porter include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
  • Assisting with luggage handling
  • Providing valet parking services for guest vehicles
  • Escorting guests to their accommodations
  • Informing guests about hotel amenities and services
  • Ensuring the entrance area of the hotel is maintained to high cleanliness standards
  • Delivering amenities and various items to guest rooms
  • Offering tourism information, including dining and entertainment suggestions
  • Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including morning and evening shifts.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar capacity and demonstrate:

  • Capability to lift heavy luggage when necessary
  • Ability to work independently
  • Prompt and efficient service delivery, with upselling skills being advantageous
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • A valid C Class Driver's Licence (manual).
