Position Overview
As a member of our Front Office team, you will play a crucial role in creating positive first impressions for our guests. The primary responsibilities of the Porter include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
- Assisting with luggage handling
- Providing valet parking services for guest vehicles
- Escorting guests to their accommodations
- Informing guests about hotel amenities and services
- Ensuring the entrance area of the hotel is maintained to high cleanliness standards
- Delivering amenities and various items to guest rooms
- Offering tourism information, including dining and entertainment suggestions
- Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including morning and evening shifts.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar capacity and demonstrate:
- Capability to lift heavy luggage when necessary
- Ability to work independently
- Prompt and efficient service delivery, with upselling skills being advantageous
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
- A valid C Class Driver's Licence (manual).
