
Support Older Adults in Their Daily Lives

We are seeking a passionate Personal Care Worker to join our aged care organisation on a full-time or part-time basis. As a key member of our 'house'team, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Provide personal care and support to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility, and mealtime support.
- Encourage resident participation in social and recreational activities.
Your commitment to person-centred care and your ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents from diverse cultural backgrounds are highly valued.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility, and mealtime support.
- Encourage resident participation in social and recreational activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff demonstrating sensitivity to cultural differences and preferences.

About You- Previous experience working in an aged care or personal care setting (minimum 3-4 years required).
