About the Role

We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide exceptional support to our clinicians in Therapy Services.

The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and has excellent communication and organisational skills, along with experience dealing with confidential information in a professional manner.

You will have high-level organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Sound computer literacy skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly are also essential.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Therapy Services team.
  • Support clinicians in delivering therapy programs.

  • Liaise with stakeholders and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
