- About the Role:
- You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Therapy Services team, including coordinating appointments, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
- You will have the opportunity to work closely with our clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Therapy Services team, including coordination of appointments, file management, and record-keeping.
- Assist with client communication, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both manual and digital.
- Collaborate with clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of providing excellent administrative support in a healthcare or social services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- High-level organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
