Therapy Services Administrator

This role is a fantastic opportunity to support our Therapy Services team and make a real difference in people's lives.

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional administrative support and help us deliver high-quality services to our clients.

  • About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Therapy Services team, including coordinating appointments, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with our clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Therapy Services team, including coordination of appointments, file management, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with client communication, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both manual and digital.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of providing excellent administrative support in a healthcare or social services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • High-level organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
